Your Care Consultant listened to our needs and had the sensitivity to really hear what was appropriate for our Mom and Dad. They are doing very well in the assisted living community. It could have only happened with your Care Consultant who showed so much compassion and understanding with what we were going through. Thank you, for being there for us.

I appreciate your help - as you can see from your email, I first contacted you in August, after some behavior and "forgetting to eat" on the part of my father in law. So its been a journey, and continues to be, but I wanted to thank you for your help, and I am glad I saved the article you had in the Northwest quite a while back, which I saved, knowing someday I would need help! I have also told people about the "Aid in Assistance" benefit for Veterans. My father in law is elibible for that, and we are in the process of getting that going. There is alot to do, as we are preparing to sell his house, etc.
