Silver Connections is looking for high energy people that are able to work independently, be self-driven, and must like to help people. A background in senior housing is helpful but not necessary.
The candidate would be responsible for building a territory in terms of maintaining a relationship with all of the communities in said territory as well as providing all information regarding changes in the communities to Silver Connections. This person would be responsible for touring all communities in the territory, assessing the community, entering updated information regarding the community into their online file, as well as continuous communication with the community.
Other duties include general data entry into our database; community updates, calendar updates, assisting at trade shows and senior fairs, as well as building a professional referral network are expected.
This person will work closely with seniors and their families to find the proper housing that suits their needs. This would include completing the initial assessment form, recommending housing options, touring with the senior and/or the family as necessary, as well as any other duties that will help the senior make a qualified decision. Continued customer support is expected and does not end until the senior has made a decision.
